We take all concerns seriously. Whether you are an employee, partner, supplier, customer or member of the public, you can report a concern safely and confidentially.
Examples of issues that may be raised include (but are not limited to):
- Criminal activity or offences
- Failure to comply with legal or regulatory obligations
- Miscarriage of justice
- Risk or damage to health and safety or the environment
- Retaliation against those who have raised a concern
- Attempts to conceal wrongdoing, or any of the above
We will never tolerate retaliation against anyone who raises a genuine concern.
How to Raise a Concern
You can report a whistle blowing concern through our secure reporting channel:

All disclosures are reviewed by our designated Whistle Blowing Officer, who ensures concerns are assessed promptly, fairly and appropriately.
Confidentiality & Protection
We understand that raising a concern can feel difficult. We therefore guarantee:
- Confidential handling of all reports
- The option to remain anonymous
- Protection from retaliation, in line with the principles of the UK Public Interest Disclosure Act
If further information is required, we will engage with you sensitively and discreetly. Where we are unable to share details of an outcome due to confidentiality, we will provide as much feedback as we responsibly can.
When whistle blowing is not the right option
- To report events or incidents that present an immediate threat to life or property. Please follow emergency procedures in this instance.
- To raise grievances in relation to your employment
- Routine customer service complaints
- Concerns without a public interest element
